Thou shall not spam |
No spamming of any kind - no sending of unsolicited emails,
instant messages etc. |
No hacking or attempting to hack other user's accounts or any
servers. |
No hacking attacks/attempts such as DOS/DDOS will be done to
or from our servers. |
No racist, offensive, pornographic, hate or obscene material
on your site. |
No illegal activity like warez, mp3, hacking applications etc. |
No eggbots, IRC clients/servers, psybnc, routers, proxies etc. |
You will not cause excessive load on our servers that might
disrupt other users' access or the server itself. |
You must pay promptly (within 14 days) of receiving your invoice
by Email. |
You may not resell space/emails on your account. |
You maintain the rights to all your data, files, and other information. |
You're responsible for backing up your own website. |
You can cancel at any time, and we'll refund any unused hosting
fees via paypal. |
We reserve the right to cancel your account for any reason,
provided we give you 30 days notice (but hopefully, that'll never
happen!) |
We reserve the right to cancel any account immediately for breaking
these rules. |
We also reserve the right to suspend accounts or kill processes
that interfere with the smooth operation of our servers. |
We may change these rules at any time, and will notify you if
we do. |
