If within 30 days after signup for our hosting services, you decide that our hosting services do not live up to your expectations, we will refund you the hosting fees excluding setup fees, addons, overages, or domain registration fees. Setup fee will be retroactively charged if waived or discounted in the original charge. No refund is available after the 30th day. The Money Back Guarantee does not apply for non-hosting services such as web-design, store purchases, advertising or domain registration charges.

All cancellations must be received through our web site at http://www.bignexus.com/cancel.php as per the deadlines indicated. To qualify for the money back guarantee, please answer all the questions on the cancellation form accurately. Phone or email requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. All refunds will be processed within 30 days and refunds sent via PayPal to the original email address used to signup for our services.
